MICHAEL BUONINCONTRI OCCUPIES THE FIRST CONTINGENT OF THE HARZ FALCONS

After Elias Bjuhr did not return to the Harz, it did not really take long for sports director Bernd Wohlmann and coach Arno Lörsch to come up with a promising list of potential strikers. And with the 24-year-old Michael Buonincontri has now enforced one who absolutely wanted in the Harz.

“Michael called me often and after many very pleasant phone conversations, it was actually quite easy to decide for him,” said Arno Lörsch in his first statement. “Michael has played the last three years in the 2nd French League and was not happy with the team and the environment in Tours last season. In Germany, he now wants to take the next step in his development and show that he is a real goalgetter. “And that he could fill this role thoroughly shows his considerable statistics.So he scored in 75 games in the second French league a whopping 40 goals and gave 44 assists.
