The Smiths Falls Bears are pleased to announce defensemen Hunter O’Brien has committed to the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point for the 2024/25 season.
The 2003 born Cambridge, ON native completed his first season in the CCHL playing for the Bears. In 55 games of action, O’Brien earned 17 points (2G, 15A).
Prior to entering the CCHL, O’Brien played for the Guelph Jr. Gryphons U18 AAA and the Cambridge Redhawks.
