Brad Dobson stopped 26 shots for his first shutout of the season as the Bears beat the Hawkesbury Hawks 3-0 on Tuesday night at the Bears Den. The win is the Bears 2nd in a row.
Hunter Garlasco (2) and Bruce Coltart (2) on the powerplay put the Bears up 2-0 in the first period and Hayden Hart (3) scored in the third period to ice the win for the locals.
The Bears outshot the Hawks 29-26 for the game in front of a week night crowd of 120.
Dobson was named the first star, Garlasco the 2nd star & Chris Smith of Hawkesbury was named the 3rd star.
The Bears host the Ottawa Jr Senators Friday night at the Bears Den.
